Yes. Faith Beaute is an authorised seller of ARVERA in Singapore, HSA approved. Every product in our shop is genuine, sealed and ships free islandwide.

Question 3

How does the S$50 first-visit deposit work?

Accepted Answer

New clients pay a S$50 deposit securely through Stripe when booking. It is credited in full toward your treatment on the day, so it is not an extra fee.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your confirmation email contains a self-service link to reschedule or cancel. Please give at least 72 hours' notice so the deposit stays fully credited; late changes may forfeit the deposit unless you are unwell.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship free across Singapore and usually arrive within 1–3 working days. You can follow every step on our Track my order page.

Question 6

Which ARVERA product should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Most clients begin with the PDRN REJU-SHOT Repair Booster (S$33) or the REJU-SHOT bundle. Use Find your routine to build a simple morning and evening plan, or ask Alicia directly on WhatsApp.

We’ll be right back.
